Sunrise and Support
This Saturday, June 28, Cincinnati’s riverfront will pulse with community energy, self-care, and social impact as The Banks hosts NamasDey, an on-field yoga experience presented by the Cincinnati Bengals and Downy. Running from 8 to 11 a.m. inside Paycor Stadium, the event offers a rare opportunity to unroll your mat on the same field where the Bengals play under the lights—and to support a deeply important cause in the process.
What to Expect
The centerpiece of the morning is a guided yoga session from 9 to 10 a.m., led by a professional instructor and tailored to be welcoming for all levels, whether you're a seasoned yogi or a first-time participant. Gates open at 8 a.m., allowing guests time to check in, find their space on the turf, and settle in before the class begins. Music, giveaways, and light refreshments will round out the experience until the event concludes at 11 a.m.
Tickets are only $10, making it one of the most accessible wellness events in the city—especially considering the iconic venue. But beyond the unique setting, the ticket comes with a larger purpose.
More Than a Yoga Class: Supporting the YWCA
All proceeds from NamasDey directly benefit YWCA Greater Cincinnati, a leading nonprofit organization that provides critical services in the region. With a focus on empowering women, eliminating racism, and promoting peace and dignity, the YWCA operates programs across Hamilton, Clermont, Brown, and Adams counties.
Funds raised will specifically support:
Domestic Violence Shelter Services: Offering safety, healing, and transition resources for women and children fleeing abuse.
Youth Empowerment Initiatives: Equipping young people—especially girls—with the tools, mentorship, and leadership training needed to thrive.
YWCA Greater Cincinnati has been a foundational force for equity and advocacy for over 150 years, and events like NamasDey help make their continued impact possible.
Bengals & Downy: Partners in Purpose
The partnership between the Bengals and Downy (a Procter & Gamble brand) goes beyond the football field. Both organizations have increased their investment in community wellness, social justice, and accessibility. NamasDey embodies these shared values—blending movement with mission, and fan engagement with civic good.

In short: Whether you're looking to stretch out stress, support a powerful cause, or simply savor the surreal experience of doing sun salutations at midfield in Paycor Stadium, NamasDey is a one-of-a-kind way to start your Saturday.
