Important Information for Attendees

Registration: Participants need to register in advance, with fees ranging from $25 to $75. A limited number of rental boats are available, so early reservation is recommended. For registration and more details, visit the official Paddlefest website.

Equipment: Paddlers are welcome to use their own boats. For those without equipment, single kayaks can still be rented for the 9-mile paddle, but availability is limited.

Supporting a Worthy Cause

Paddlefest is organized by Adventure Crew, a local non-profit dedicated to connecting city teens in Greater Cincinnati with nature through engaging outdoor adventures. Proceeds from the event support this mission, helping teens explore activities like hiking, biking, skiing, and paddling. Adventure Crew’s programs aim to build confidence, resilience, and a lifelong appreciation for the outdoors among young participants.

“Paddlefest weekend provides crucial funding to help us get kids who might not otherwise have access to nature out on adventures like hiking, biking, skiing, and, of course, paddling,” says Miriam Wise, director of support and engagement for Adventure Crew.
